Strong organizational and communication skills are essential; proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in residential construction management is required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners to ensure timelines and scopes are met.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and final walkthroughs.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals through Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and quality to the Lead Construction Manager.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building codes; maintain safety logs.
