Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of homes in assigned communities from inception to move-in, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. You will supervise trade partners, manage site activities, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of residential construction experience, proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office, plus a valid driver’s license; a college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred, or 3-5 years' experience in home building.
• Experience in residential construction management required.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore and Microsoft Office; tech-savvy to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners to meet timelines.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and maintain schedule compliance while optimizing profitability.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and improve efficiency.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals through Build Pro.
