Job summary

Lennar seeks a Construction Manager in Texas to oversee home builds across assigned communities, ensuring quality control, safety, and timely schedules. You will supervise trade partners, conduct site walks, and manage budgets.

Daily responsibilities include pre-construction and final walkthroughs, reviewing change orders and invoices in Build Pro, and coordinating with sales and customer care to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills; tech-savvy with Build Pro/Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites and schedules.
• Supervise trade partners and conduct regular site walks to ensure quality and timelines.
• Review change orders, purchase orders, and invoices; ensure budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and maintain accurate safety logs.
• Perform inspections and maintain documentation per CIP and regulatory requirements.
