Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Bentonville, AR to oversee resident relations, events, and communications. You will work with the Community Manager to foster a positive living environment and serve as the community office representative.

The role requires on-site presence, strong customer service, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or housing industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Onsite software proficiency is required; basic computer skills are necessary.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge is required; OSHA requirements knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to understand and perform all onsite software functions.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations Management and community outreach.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Develop and plan property-related services/programs with staff and residents.
• Coordinate Monthly newsletters and educational programming for social events.
• Oversee resident retention programs and community events.
• Assist Community Manager in staff training, coaching, and development.
