Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking an onsite Moderator to support study sessions in Sunnyvale, CA. The 89‑day contract runs 8–9 hours daily, 5 days per week, with a potential conversion to full-time on day 90. Training is hands-on and data collection is performed under study protocols in a controlled environment.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of iOS/macOS experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure data quality and protocol compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience using iOS and macOS devices.
• Technical/troubleshooting skills; address problems with launching apps and uploading data.

Responsibilities

• Receive participants at work and guide them through data collection.
• Assist with body measurements and data collection per protocol.
• Ensure data is uploaded according to project guidelines.
• Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures before, during, and after sessions.
• Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand.
