Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Moderator for an onsite role in Los Angeles, CA. This 89-day contract offers $33/hour and a potential to convert to full-time after day 90. Start ASAP with flexible shifts Monday–Sunday as needed to support study sessions.

Moderators will interact with study participants, follow procedures, ensure data is captured and uploaded, and promote TELUS AI branding. Training is hands-on and sessions occur on site in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Technical/troubleshooting skills for launching apps and uploading data.
• 2 years of experience using iOS and macOS devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with project participants.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Positive team collaboration and contribution as a team player.
• Ability to commit to the schedule for the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Receive participants at work and guide them through the video study in a controlled environment.
• Ensure all recordings follow project guidelines and upload the data.
• Have all participants complete a survey at the end of each session.
• Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session.
• Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand.
