Parexel Glendale is hiring for an Onsite Research Associate who is fluent in English and Mandarin. This role supports Phase I trials and participant enrollment, with training leading to a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Patient care experience highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
• BS+ in related life science field OR HS diploma/GED with relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• You will understand study protocols and be able to complete required medical procedures.
• Recruit study participants by calling the database, attending events, posting flyers in schools and other locations.
• Enter study participants in the tracking system and study logs, maintain calendars and information systems.
• Conduct screening visits and participant visits, assist staff physicians in assessment of medications, adverse events, and test results.
• Prepare/monitor study supplies and stock levels in clinic/hospital.
• Label, inventory, and send plasma samples.
• Problem solve participant issues as they arise.
• Ensure basic participant safety is provided.
• Assist with Monitor visits (i.e., room setup).
• Identify issues needing Sponsor approval and bring to the attention of the CRC.
• Maintain and update knowledge of Clinical Operating Guidelines and their application.
• Assume appropriate role with study participants and caregivers.
• Assure quality and accuracy of source and CRF documentation.
• Comply with QM guidelines and perform corrections for QM, CRC and Monitor/Sponsor Representative.
