Job summary

Parexel Baltimore is seeking Research Associates for a per diem, onsite role to support Phase I trials. You’ll train first (4–6 weeks), then recruit participants, manage visits, and maintain study documentation in a fast-paced setting.

After training, responsibilities include screening, data entry, stock management, and ensuring participant safety while adhering to clinical operating guidelines and sponsor requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Background working in a medical or clinical setting.
• CPT/Phlebotomy is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit study participants by calling the database and community events.
• Enter participants in tracking systems and maintain study logs.
• Conduct screening visits and assist with assessments of medications and lab results.
• Prepare/monitor study supplies and ensure safety of participants.
• Assist with Monitor visits and maintain QM-compliant documentation.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of source data and case report forms.
