Job summary

Parexel International's Early Phase Clinical Unit in Glendale, CA is seeking a Clinical Enrollment Coordinator to join an on-site team. You will work with research staff to enroll volunteers for first-in-human studies, ensuring adherence to CFR/ICH GCP and study protocols.

After training, you will screen volunteers, manage timelines and enrollment, review documents, coordinate lab work, enter data, and support SOPs to keep trials compliant and on track.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in clinical research enrollment or coordination in early- or late-phase trials.
• Fluency in English and Korean, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential volunteers per protocol and CFR/ICH GCP guidelines.
• Ensure study timelines and enrollment targets are met.
• Complete enrollment processes and minimize waste.
• Perform quality control of source documents (electronic and paper).
• Review informed consent, protocols, source documents, and CRFs during development.
• Monitor screening budgets and study-specific expenditures.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates for assigned studies.
• Develop and present training material for department staff.
• Arrange pre/post procedure lab work and follow up as required.
• Respond to queries related to screening and enrollment.
• Collect, organize, and prepare data for physician review; update study files.
• Enter data into databases and maintain the Clinical Study File.
• Support SOPs, GCP, and processes to ensure compliant EPCU operations.
