Parexel is seeking a Clinical Enrollment Coordinator to join the Early Phase Clinical Unit in Glendale, CA. This onsite role collaborates with research associates, call center agents, and coordinators to ensure enrollment aligns with study protocols and timelines.

Responsibilities include screening volunteers, maintaining study documents, and supporting SOPs and GCP to ensure compliant, efficient enrollment; prior clinical enrollment experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency are

Formación

• 2 years’ experience in clinical research enrollment and/or as a coordinator in early- or late-phase trials.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Screen potential clinical trial volunteers according to protocol requirements and CFR/ICH GCP guidelines.
• Ensure all study laboratory and medical tests are completed and eligibility requirements are met.
• Ensure completion of enrollment for assigned studies and manage process to minimize waste.
• Assist in reviewing Informed Consent Documents, Study Protocols, and Case Report Forms during development.
• Develop and present training material to department staff for assigned studies.
• Enter data into database and maintain Clinical Study File contents.
