Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to serve as the face of our team at a client facility. You will manage daily operations, support onboarding, and nurture strong relationships with both our workforce and client contacts.

The role emphasizes communication, organizational skills, and adherence to safety standards to ensure smooth workforce operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: check-ins, attendance tracking, shift scheduling.
• Act as the main liaison between client, branch, and onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting per branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
