Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to join our team and serve as the face of the company at a client facility. You will manage daily operations, attendance, and shift scheduling while building strong relationships with clients and onsite staff.

The role requires experience in staffing or workforce management, plus excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with the client, branch, and workforce to ensure satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with light industrial sectors (manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics).
