Job summary

The Ōnin Group is hiring an Onsite Manager to lead staffing operations at a client site. You will serve as the primary link between the client, branch team, and onsite workforce, ensuring performance, engagement, and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years in leadership or staffing, with a focus on building strong relationships and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership or staffing experience.
• Experience in light industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and workplace safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client and teammate contact, building relationships.
• Supervise daily attendance, shift check-ins, scheduling to meet client needs.
• Coach and develop teammates, partnering with supervisors to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and workplace regulations.
• Track time punches, maintain accurate records, and submit daily reports.
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with the branch team.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other methods.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment through leadership and problem-solving.
