A Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience in reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of FRACAS process and data.
• Review, evaluate, and disposition trouble, problem, and failure reports.
• Lead investigations and perform structured root cause analysis (RCA).
• Develop corrective action plans and track actions to closure.
• Verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
• Prepare RCA reports with evidence and actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and related teams to support reliability.
