Job summary

You will manage FRACAS, perform root-cause analyses, and drive corrective actions across complex electronic, low-volume products. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Programs, Materials Control and Quality to resolve failures, maintain databases, and deliver detailed repair reports for management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with FRACAS processes, failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering concepts and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Perform FRACAS, root cause analysis and recommend design improvements.
• Direct investigations and determine root cause of failures in designs and field units.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Programs, and Quality teams.
• Maintain FRACAS database, generate management and customer reports.
• Develop and present technical data to management and customers.
