Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Reliability Engineer to identify and execute activities reducing failures and non-productive time. You will lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions across global teams.

The role emphasizes FRACAS, DMAIC, RCA, risk assessment participation and knowledge transfer within the reliability engineering community. The position requires 3–5 years in reliability engineering, a STEM degree, and strong leadership in a global matrix

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in reliability engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization
• Understanding of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead activities to reduce costs of failure and non-productive time
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Support lifecycle reliability by monitoring and corrective action planning
• Participate in risk assessments, MOC, and readiness processes
• Develop RCA reports and field bulletins
• Drive FRACAS and DMAIC stages and report trends
• Collaborate across reliability engineering and service delivery teams
