Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in reliability engineering required.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Understanding of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Lead or participate in Incident Investigation, ensuring end-to-end process is considered with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Focus on preventing failures during lifecycle management through active monitoring and corrective action planning.
• Support job planning and preparation by participating in RA / DWR / MOC and deployment readiness assessment processes (DRA).
• Participate in the engineering design review process.
• Execute the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP).
• Manage the FRACAS DMAIC stages.
• Apply root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
• Develop and review cause maps.
• Facilitate or lead incident investigations and RCA reports.
• Facilitate or lead incident review and corrective action boards.
• Identify FRACAS trends to prioritize failure modes for corrective actions.
• Analyze performance data and monitor performance and trends.
• Develop and report key performance indicators as needed.
