Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Bedford, MA is seeking a Senior Equipment Reliability Engineer to drive asset reliability, lead RCA investigations, and optimize maintenance strategies across production equipment.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and process engineering to implement FRACAS, lifecycle asset management, and preventive maintenance plans. The role requires strong data analytics, excellent documentation, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience with reliability engineering and data-driven improvement.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FRACAS to improve equipment reliability.
• Perform RCA (8D) to prevent recurrence.
• Lead Lifecycle Asset Management with project managers.
• Adjust maintenance schedules with Maintenance planner to extend equipment life.
• Support design and modification using SolidWorks and CAD tools.
