Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of patients, develop interventions, and work with care teams to support quality of life in line with patient goals.

Responsibilities include providing nutritional expertise, educating staff and residents, and helping to design procedures that meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have passed the national examination (CDR) or meet eligibility requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of regulations for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to develop procedures and policies related to dining services and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
