Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs, identify interventions, and help improve quality of life aligned with patient goals.

You will educate patients, residents, staff, and consultants while adhering to professional standards and facility regulations. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passed the national examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for comprehensive assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures for dining and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
