Job summary

Franklin Pierce University is seeking a proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to support full lifecycle hiring for faculty, staff, and student employees on the Rindge, NH campus. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure equitable hiring practices and enhance the applicant tracking system, delivering a positive onboarding experience.

The role also maintains payroll data integrity and coordinates with payroll staff to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll data entries.
• Familiarity with HR laws, ADA, equal opportunity practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings and onboarding for faculty, staff, and student employees.
• Enter and verify employee data in HRIS and payroll systems with accuracy.
• Maintain and improve ATS processes and training for users.
• Support payroll tasks and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and university policies.
