Job summary

Feast & Fettle is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our People Team. This onsite role is based in Elkridge, MD with a Thursday - Monday work week and ownership of recruiting and onboarding for hourly and operations leadership roles across all worksites.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding logistics, and new hire orientations, ensuring a seamless experience from posting to offer. A fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment values proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in hospitality/food service/retail
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end ownership of processes
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Clear, warm, and confident communicator with candidates and leaders
• Experience with an HRIS or ATS (Rippling experience a plus)
• Strong collaboration across operations teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for hourly and operations leadership roles across all worksites.
• Drive time-to-fill goals: under 10 days for hourly roles and under 21 days for salaried roles.
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers informed at every step.
• Maintain pipeline of qualified, values-aligned candidates.
• Manage onboarding logistics and compliance (I-9, background checks, Rippling setup, badge distribution).
• Lead engaging new hire orientations and 30-day check-ins.
• Create and maintain recruiting resources and reporting dashboards.
