Job summary

Required is a Bachelor's degree with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ATS and external boards is a plus; there is potential for transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a Recruiting/HR Coordinator or in related HR/Administrative role.
• Experience with ATS and external job boards is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full hiring flow as the interview point person, managing schedules and candidate communication.
• Collaborate with TA team and hiring managers to schedule candidates for open positions.
• Provide updates to hiring managers, candidates, and partners on interview status.
• Craft, refresh, and optimize job postings across platforms like LinkedIn and ATS.
• Post and refresh ads in ATS, LinkedIn, client ATS, and other boards.
• Assist with resume screening and review of candidates in ATS and job boards.
• Maintain and update internal rosters for employees and clients.
• Research job boards and scheduling tools to improve efficiency and save costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
