Job summary

Graham Personnel Services seeks an Onsite Recruiter & Workforce Coordinator to support a Martinsville, VA client site. You will recruit, source, interview, and onboard candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles while building strong talent pipelines and partnering with site leadership.

You will also focus on employee engagement, orientations, attendance, and HR support to drive a safe, productive, and engaged workforce aligned with production needs.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, human resources, workforce management, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, or leadership experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume production, logistics, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Experience with ATS such as Avionté, Bullhorn, TempWorks, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and client leadership to understand workforce demands and staffing priorities.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout their assignment.
• Conduct new hire orientations, training sessions, and workplace introductions.
• Monitor attendance, employee engagement, and workforce trends.

• Build strong relationships with supervisors, managers, and operations leaders.

What You’ll Do
