Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You’ll build a pipeline, guide candidates through the process, and support client relationships with exceptional service.

In this role you will manage the recruitment process using ATS, qualify candidates, and collaborate with branch teams to meet hiring goals. You’ll also participate in events and contribute to retention efforts across assigned clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting experience in staffing or similar field.
• Experience using ATS and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates, managing candidate flow, and providing clear guidance on roles and programs.
• Conducting behavioral interviews and coordinating interviews with clients.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients for retention.
• Assist with pricing and selling services, and understand the portfolio offerings.
