Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Recruiter responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary hire and direct hire job orders across a variety of clients. You will build a comprehensive candidate pipeline and provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will manage the branch's recruiting activities, develop local relationships, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates for roles, and track data in ATS.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS experience.
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Recruiting: Qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, coach for roles.
• Retention and Sales: Build client/candidate relationships and understand service portfolio.
• Financials: Understand branch financials and contribute to margins.
• General: Enter and track candidate data in ATS and coordinate with the team.
