Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter who will source candidates and recruit across a range of temporary and direct-hire job orders for diverse clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will manage the ATS and digital tools, coordinate recruiting events, and develop local relationships to meet staffing needs. The role emphasizes sales awareness, pricing services, and staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS experience.
• Experience with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates to fill temporary, temp-hire and direct-hire orders.
• Manage ATS and digital tools to monitor the selection process and register candidate status.
• Develop local recruiting resource relationships and coordinate recruiting events.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation and coaching for specific roles.
• Enter and track assignment and candidate data in ATS.
