Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, provide guidance and coaching, manage ATS processes, and maintain productive relationships with clients and talent.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Troubleshooting and problem analysis.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that enter into contact with the branch, ensuring correct information about PDS, offers, job guidance and training.
• Sourcing: Manage PDS website and all digital tools to monitor the selection process and register candidate status.
• Sourcing: Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate logistics for events.
• Recruiting: Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers needed to achieve the goal.
• Recruiting: Qualify candidates against standard requirements.
• Recruiting: Conduct behavioral interviews to determine best placement options.
• Recruiting: Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Recruiting: Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Retention: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Retention: Ensure retention of clients and candidates, and provide coaching as needed.
• Sales: Knowledge of Adecco Group's service portfolio and ability to price/sell services.
• Sales: Build knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition.
• Financials: Understand variables affecting gross margin and company finances.
