• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
• Familiarity with INDEED and Handshake recruiting platforms.
• Sourcing via research, lead generation, cold calling, and talent tools.
• Experience collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of agency partnerships and external job boards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full cycle recruiting experience: 1 year.
• Driver's license required.
• Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct daily, comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and help secure top talent aligned with organizational and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure an appropriate flow of candidates for interviews and placement.
