You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain relationships while ensuring a smooth candidate flow across the organization. This full-time, first-shift role offers a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
• Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms like Indeed, Handshake, etc.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and utilizing talent management tools.
• Experience managing or collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for candidate engagement and relationship management at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with external recruiting strategies such as agency partnerships or specialized job boards to expand candidate reach.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct daily comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate to secure top talent aligned with organizational & operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure they are getting a good flow of candidates for interviewing purposes and placement.
