Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter for an onsite contract in Reno, Nevada. You will evaluate candidates, move the process forward, and ensure a clear, timely candidate experience during a busy hiring period.

You will screen candidates, coordinate steps, and maintain records in Workday, while conducting onsite drug tests and guiding candidates and partners through the process.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in high-volume corporate, RPO, or staffing agency environments.
• Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working in an ATS and managing multiple candidates at once; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite oral drug tests following training and procedures.

Pay: $35hr
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: M-F 8-430pm, with flexibility to extend or work weekends asneeded.
Contract: Immediately - end of December 2026
