ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter for the US-WY Rock Springs area. This on-site role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting, customer service, or sales experience, and familiarity with ATS tools. The role involves client visits, events, and strong collaboration with internal partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Experience with ATS tools is a plus
• Strong communication and organization skills

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Conduct weekly client visits and on-site check-ins for high volume accounts.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
