Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process on-site. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles across the ManpowerGroup portfolio.

Responsibilities include building a diverse talent pipeline, maintaining ATS data, hosting recruitment events, and supporting client delivery while staying informed on market trends and compliance.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to Have: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Technical: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process, including interview prep.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
