ManpowerGroup in Rock Springs, Wyoming is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment onsite. You will identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio while building relationships with hiring managers and clients.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hosting local recruitment events. A strong emphasis on candidate experience, market knowledge, and ATS usage is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to have: Associate or bachelor’s degree and ATS experience (Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs/recruitment events and maintain ATS data.
