Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume recruiting is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates to build a diverse applicant pool.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage scheduling, logistics, and communications.
• Coordinate interview days and hiring events, including materials and spaces.
• Welcome and orient candidates on first day to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead plant tours for candidates and new hires.
• Oversee pre-employment and onboarding activities including background checks and drug screens.
• Assist with employment applications and required documentation.
• Maintain relationships with clinics and community partners to support candidate experience.
• Create and update job requisitions in Taleo ATS.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Support Day One/Week One/Month One check-ins for new hires.
• Generate weekly and ad hoc recruiting reports.

We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding efforts at our client’s facility in Longview, TX. This role will help attract and hire qualified talent, coordinate a seamless candidate experience, and support new employees throughout the onboarding and early-retention process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and passionate about creating a positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates to build a strong and diverse applicant pool.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage all interview scheduling, logistics, and communications.
• Coordinate interview days and hiring events, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and securing meeting spaces.
• Welcome and orient candidates throughout the interview process and during their first day to ensure a positive candidate and new-hire experience.
• Lead plant tours for candidates and new hires.
• Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities, including monitoring background checks, clinical requirements, and drug screens.
• Assist candidates with completing employment applications and required documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local clinics and other community partners to support a smooth candidate experience.
• Create, update, and maintain job requisitions in the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent the company at career fairs, community events, campus recruiting events, and other talent-acquisition activities.
• Support employee retention efforts through Day One, Week One, and Month One new-hire check-ins.
• Generate weekly and ad hoc recruiting and staffing reports as needed.
• Facilitate and support the New Hire Buddy Program.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume recruiting environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work onsite in Longview, TX
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other recruiting technologies; Taleo experience preferred.
• Experience conducting and coordinating various interview formats, including phone, structured, and group interviews.
• Understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models and experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of follow-through.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
