Penske is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for a designated Penske business group in the Phoenix area. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, ad placement, screening, and onboarding coordination with hiring managers and community partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel as needed to Las Vegas and local branches.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years recruiting experience in a large, decentralized or centralized company environment.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates with fluency in reading/writing highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, or, at least 3 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Must have demonstrated internal customer service skills, including troubleshoot and problem solving experiences.
• Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Willingness to travel, about 20-40% to various locations by car, plane or train overnight, as required or directed by area operational leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of Internet candidate data mining; recruiting certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applicant tracking systems required, prior experience with Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for a designated business group.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and coordinating offers.
• Place and edit job advertisements across media outlets and events.
• Coordinate background and reference checks and onboarding steps.
• Build relationships with universities, colleges, and trade schools to attract applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders across Phoenix and Las Vegas branches.
