UNKNOWN is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our staffing agency team. The Onsite Recruiter will manage day-to-day recruiting for client accounts, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced staffing environment where priorities shift quickly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience in staffing agency or high-volume recruiting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for client positions.
• Manage high-volume recruiting activities and candidate pipeline.
• Work onsite at client locations to support staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate and employee records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client contacts.
