Job summary

GTI, a contract manufacturing partner serving renewable energy, power generation, and industrial systems, seeks a Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of hiring. This on-site role is based at our Phoenix or Goodyear, AZ facilities and focuses on meeting aggressive hiring goals across multiple locations.

You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers, build relationships with managers, and design effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management and internet search methods.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and states.
• Familiarity with HR-specific job boards and systems.
• Proven success in conducting interviews via multiple methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles.
• Maintain a candidate database and passive prospects.
• Foster relationships with managers to align hiring needs.
• Design, refine, and implement recruitment strategies.

• Screen resumes and manage candidates from interview to offer.
