Job summary

GTI Energy in Buffalo and Arizona seeks a Recruiting Supervisor to lead high-volume hourly staffing across multiple sites. You will manage a team of up to 8 recruiters, driving sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and starts to meet production needs.

The role requires hands-on leadership in manufacturing recruiting, strong KPI discipline, and the ability to build systems that streamline processes and accelerate hiring. This position offers growth within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing recruiters or staffing teams
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, fulfillment, or industrial environments
• Proven success managing high workloads and multi-site staffing operations
• Strong metrics orientation and ability to manage KPIs
• Experience holding hiring leaders accountable and influencing operational stakeholders
• ATS experience and strong recruiting systems discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 8 recruiters across multiple GTI sites
• Drive daily recruiting activity from sourcing to starts
• Set productivity expectations and monitor pipeline health
• Coach recruiters to act with urgency, ownership, and strong candidate control
• Build bench strength and succession across recruiting team
• Own staffing delivery against site labor demand plans and dates
• Forecast hiring volume by location, department, shift, and skill
• Partner with plant leaders to ensure timely staffing decisions
• Redesign interview workflows to reduce time-to-hire
• Increase interview activity for high-demand skilled roles
• Standardize scorecards and selection criteria
• Build hiring events and rapid staffing campaigns
• Own KPIs and dashboards for staffing progress
• Drive accountability through standups and reviews
• Support relocation and travel labor when needed
