Job summary

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner that designs and builds turnkey enclosures and skids for renewable energy, power, and industrial systems. The Recruiter will own the full life cycle of hiring, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.

This on-site role at GTI’s Phoenix/Goodyear facilities requires 2–4 years in high-volume recruitment, a bachelor’s in business or HR, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience recruiting for multiple locations and multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and meet goals.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles.
• Foster high-touch relationships using a candidate database.
• Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design recruitment strategies.
• Post job descriptions and announcements on relevant platforms, including social media.
• Develop relationships with managers to align hiring needs with job specs.
• Conduct onboarding for new employees on their first day and support onboarding program.
