Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiar with ATS and candidate management.
• Experience using major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and recruit for temporary and direct hire roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and client relationships.
• Coordinate with branch and events for recruiting activities.
• Enter and track data in ATS and monitor progress.
