Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and other job orders. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, and support new business development and relationship management.

You will manage the ATS and digital tools, participate in recruiting events, and collaborate with managers to meet staffing goals across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that enter into contact with the branch, ensuring correct information about PDS, offers, job guidance and training.
• Manage PDS website and digital tools to monitor the selection process and track candidate status.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and grass roots recruiting plans; coordinate logistics for events.
• Recruiting: Establish a recruitment plan to meet worker quotas; qualify candidates against standards.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to determine best placement options.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview prep and coaching.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
