Job summary

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruiter to support a manufacturing client in York, PA. This is a 3-6 month assignment working directly onsite with the client’s HR and recruiting teams.

This role covers full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to onboarding and managing the day-to-day temporary workforce onsite. You will partner with client HR and hiring managers to fill roles quickly while maintaining candidate quality.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience required.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or high-volume staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with employee onboarding and workforce management preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with client HR teams and hiring managers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in York, PA.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Screen and interview candidates for manufacturing, production, warehouse, and related positions.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates.
• Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Manage the day-to-day temporary employee population onsite.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for temporary employees.
• Partner closely with the client’s internal recruiters, hiring managers, and HR department.
• Track open positions, candidate activity, starts, attendance, and staffing needs.
• Assist with employee questions, attendance issues, performance concerns, and other workforce matters.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records.
• Help ensure open positions are filled quickly while maintaining candidate quality.

Compensation:

• $25-30/hour based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus
• Full-time hours
• 3-6 month assignment - Potential for longer or another role within the company based on overall performance.
