Job summary

Kelly Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Recruiter to drive talent acquisition in Memphis, Tennessee, onsite. You will develop recruitment plans, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles in a timely manner.

You will leverage ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse), recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics to optimize hire quality and time-to-fill while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ATS such as Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Google AdWords.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI to track recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing candidate data and recruitment processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of internal hiring managers and recruiters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Working to advanced knowlege in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Google AdWords.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI to track recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing candidate data and recruitment processes.

Nice to Have:

• Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior recruiters and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate job requirements and negotiate offers.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex recruitment challenges and drive process improvements.
• Ability to advise stakeholders on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Work Location & Schedule:

Location: Memphis, Tennessee - Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
