Job summary

Revlonmanufacturing in Salem, Virginia is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role. You will schedule and direct activities on the receiving dock and coordinate with Dispatchers, Carriers, and the Transportation team to ensure quality and Lean objectives are met.

You will train new staff, oversee inbound quality inspections and KPI reporting, and maintain dock accuracy while working with SAP, JD Edwards, and DSI. Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Two years lead experience or five years receiving experience.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and train others.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct all activities on the receiving dock and coordinate with Dispatchers, Carriers, and Transportation.
• Ensure receiving and inspecting goods meet quality, conformity, and Lean Manufacturing standards.
• Train new permanent and temporary personnel in the department.
• Oversee inbound product quality inspection, KPI labor efficiency reporting, and dock/warehouse location accuracy.
• Conduct daily safety meetings to promote awareness.
• Maintain working knowledge of DSI, JD Edwards, and SAP.
