Job summary

Revlon is seeking an Assembly Kitting Clerk for our Salem, VA site. This on-site, full-time role connects planning and scheduling with the assembly areas to ensure timely material pulls for production lines.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate with multiple teams, and verify lot numbers and movements with auditors. The position requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills; strong Excel/Word proficiency.
• Ability to supervise and direct a small staff; good communication is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking in a dynamic setting.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning/scheduling and order materials for production lines.
• Analyze the schedule to determine pull priority and area allocations.
• Monitor assembly-area inventories to ensure steady replenishment.
• Work with auditors to verify product movements, lot numbers and quantities.
• Maintain communication with Warehouse Supervisors/Managers on time-sensitive requirements.
• Oversee and direct a small staff to ensure smooth operations.
