Job summary

Revlon in Salem, VA is seeking an Assembly Kitting Clerk for an onsite, full-time role. You will act as the link between planning and production lines, ordering materials and analyzing schedules to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coordinating with warehouse and receiving teams, ensuring accurate lot numbers, and supporting auditors. You will work a 7:00am–3:30pm shift and help uphold cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
• Ability to oversee and direct a small staff.
• Excellent attention to detail both written and in spreadsheets.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP Regulatory requirements.
• Generate and initiate the pull list based on the priority of the plans planning/scheduling team.
• Ensure that he/she orders enough products to maximize the plant’s efficiencies, based on line run rates and staging capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels by kitting area and line throughput by components through the Assembly process.
• Initiate the return of excess inventory from Assembly lines to the Warehouse.
• Maintain constant communication with Warehouse Supervisors/Managers for time sensitive requirements.
• Communicate with Receiving Supervisors/Managers for critical product arrivals.
• Record all movement of items with active ingredients.
• Oversee and direct a small staff.
