Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to manage global shipping, documentation, and inventory coordination. You will work with Materials Management, Customer Logistics, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations to ensure timely, compliant shipments worldwide.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, accuracy of BOLs, COAs, and export documents, and adherence to safety policies. Onsite at the Oxford, NC office with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and transportation to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, COA, invoices, origin certificates) for domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor order processing, shipment status, and inventory activity using multiple software platforms (SAP and other TMS).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
