Job summary

Revlon is seeking an onsite Utility Line Lead in Salem, VA, to direct a team of assembly workers, train staff, and maintain quality and production standards. The role requires adapting to new equipment, applying 5S, and coordinating activities across line teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assembly workers and train staff, including temporary workers.
• Cross-train in related functions and ensure adherence to production standards and quality.
• Record production details per SOP and uphold 5S in the work area.
• Stay updated on new products, learn new equipment and computer systems.
• Own KPIs and drive process improvements across line teams.
