Revlonmanufacturing in Salem, Virginia is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role. You will schedule and direct activities on the receiving dock and coordinate with Dispatchers, Carriers, and the Transportation team to ensure quality and Lean objectives are met.
You will train new staff, oversee inbound quality inspections and KPI reporting, and maintain dock accuracy while working with SAP, JD Edwards, and DSI. Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with potential overtime.
This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Salem, Virginia office.
The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and directing all activities on the receiving dock as well as communicating with Dispatchers, Carriers, and the Transportation team. The Coordinator must ensure that the process of receiving and inspecting goods is consistent with the company’s quality, conformity, and Lean Manufacturing standards. They train new permanent and temporary personnel to perform any job assignment in the department safely and efficiently. The Coordinator oversees the inspection of inbound product quality (pallet, carton, and individual unit), labor efficiency (KPI) reporting, receiving dock/warehouse location accuracy, and conducts daily safety meetings to promote awareness. The Coordinator must have full working knowledge of DSI, JD Edwards, and SAP and may also be expected to work in other areas of the Salem facility as business dictates.
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
The base pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short‑term incentives as part of total compensation.
